Have finally sorted out the problem with R2AA from multiserver not letting you use the SE US service.

I have used the Davinci Team Server to flash back to R2L which now lets me update online!!

Software also seems to be a lot more reliable than multiserver, no problems with it freezing or crashing halfway.

If anyone is thinking of debranding or has the R2A problem head on over to

it may cost you but it sure beats Multiserver

you can also update firmware to silence the camera too!!

I can just confirm that the solution you used is working much much better at the moment than Multi Server. At least for k700's. But keep in mind that these are unofficial solutions and that someday you might end in problems. As for all these solutions, they are based on online connection so server may reboot, smart card might not accessible etc. So there will always be percentage of phones that will be killed... If you use ICQ message one of the numbers I messages someone before I flashed the phone to make sure I was doing it right

I do have flashed my F500i to a K500i for debrand and it's with R2AA003 (I did it with Multiserver).
But I have that Camera shutter sound.
Can I use this to remove that shutter sound and/or update free the firmware?

The site says you can flash F500 to turn off the shutter sound in silent mode.

don't know if you can just flash firmware as the files appear to be different to multiserver - *.bin files.

The way it flashes is similar to Multiservers debrand/repair option.

I Think you'd be better emailing from the Davinci site and ask the developers the question direct
