Im sorry because there are so many topics about that, but I didnt find nothing important in them. My question is:
IS SOMEWHERE FULL VERSION OF WEB VIEWER OR OTHER HTML VIEWER OR NOT.
I think its simple. If somebody knows something about that please write it here.

For Web Viewer maybe yes, but it cant be only one html viewer for Java platform. So is there any other viewer?

yes there is another html browser. its not out yet (i dont think). i have beta tested it and its a lot like web viewer. its called pocketweb. i just found out about it today. go to getjar.com and sign up to be a beta tester then you can download the demo (i do believe) three days or 50 pages.
