Got mine back today...can view pics on T68mi real fine... you sure you got yours flashed via the appropriate 'dongle' ... and where did you get it done?...

Yes, you can have your MCA-10 upgraded at a Sony Ericsson authorized service partner.

No, it wont...unfortunately!!!!!! (wouldnt mind though). The camera upgrade will (hopefully) enable me to see the pics on the phone after i have taken them (and store them as bk grnds etc.....)

The carphone warehouse customer care line recons that they should be able to do it. @$#$%#$%~~!!!!!!!

a) They didnt know what the MCA-10 is
b) The 'engineer' hasnt ever heard of the MCA-10 view
c) He thought i was lying about upgrading the camera
d) When told to check on the SE website about the upgrade...

'Im sorry, the SE website hasnt been made available to us yet'

e) I asked to speak with the engineer....'The engineer doesnt speak to customers'


I am sorry, but i will never EVER trust the CPWH as a integral source for information. They really do speak the word of the bull....sh*T!


How is it possible they work at a mobile store when the customers have to describe products to the 'sales advisors'???

You'll need to send your MCA-10 off to 'CELESTICA' ... They are the only RC in the UK who have the appropriate dongle necessary for the upgrade. Turn-around will be around 3-5 working days after you 've sent your MCA-10.
