hi
i have a p900 which i bought second hand
i cant get the device lock off
i have updated the phone using sonys update service which is supposed to make phone like it just come from shop brand new
but the device lock code is still on any clues off anyone

0000 is the defoult code so if that ain't it the previous owner changed it. Only way around it then is to contact him/her or go to a SP with proof of leagal purchase.

Any shop that can unlock your phone should be able to reset the code to 0000 My software and leads can do it.

DivLtp5 software (available on the web) and a LTP-USB dongle (£25) to reset the code.

Cheaper to go to a shop (£5 to £10)
