When I download pics, themes, etc to a disk then transfer them to my T68i the file size is 3 times the size! If you look at a picture and check "Picture Info" the size is three times smaller than when I check it using "memory Status." So when it says that I have 300Kb Free memory it is actually 1/3 this amount. Anyone else notice this or is there a problem with my phone? I tried to do a search and couldn't find anything about this.

I think once the picture/theme/ringtone are sent over to the phone, it'll use its own format for storage therefore they probably increase the file size when it's stored in the phone.

This is just a simple guess.

Here's what I do. Whatever size the pic shows on your pc, multiply that by 3. That's how much memory it will take up when you transfer it to your phone. This post was posted from a T68i

OMG I just realised i have that same problem!
Well, it might be the conversion from true colour to 256 colour involved in the process?
