Hi,

Does anyone know how to disable speed dialing P910i. In advertently the screen gets touched and ends up dialing a number. or going into the contacts manager (if no number is defined).

Also, the 'Incoming call behaviour" resets to default everytime the phone is restarted. Is there a permanent solution to this?

Can't you just remove the speed dial links, so that none of them are set?

Or put the screen lock on.

I'd like to know if it's possible to change the default 'screen' in the phone application. I'd prefer it to defauls to the normal number keypad or the call list than the speed dial. P900, by the way, but I guess it's the same on P910.

I'm looking for a way for the default phone application screen to be set as the keypad too. If you find something on this, please let me know.

u can have it appear in the screen by engaging the virtual keypad function.

Virtual keypad is different from phone app keypad. The numbers are too small to use with fingers and you have to get out the stylus. It's also tricky to press the virtual keypad icon without the stylus.

I have my camera button assigned to the phone app, so I can access it quickly without stylus, but it defaults to the speed dial screen. Annoyingly, the buttons to switch to keypad and call list are also quite small and hard to press with fingers.

How did you reassign the button? Can that be done from the phone apps. or with an external software? Thanks.

I have Tracker, which has a key-assigning function.

But there are several apps which do the same job. Keymapper, for example.
