First post wahey!
On my k700,i after i write a message then click on send, if i happen to press the send button twice (as you do if your replying quickly) i get "sending cancelled" then it will ask me to save it in drafts. It is really annoying and im just wondering does this happen on all k700i's or just mine and if so how would i fix it?
Any help appreciated and oh i have searched to no avail!
Thanks
Bily

It doesnt happen on mine. The cancel button when sending is the right side button so unless u press that, it shouldnt get cancelled.

Damm!
It only happens if i press "send" twice in quick succession, how it manages to fool the phone into thinking i have pressed the top right button ("cancel") is beyond me!
Not certain but dont remmeber it happening when i first got the fone but i might just never have pressed it twice quickly.
Any other ideas folks?

Well, K700 does indeed have some "functions" available from "double click"....like, when typing sms, double click on "blank" (#-button) will give you line feed etc....but thing you described really doesn't happen on mine K700....maybe again unknown firmware bug....what is your firmware?

Welcome to Esato!
I possibly think that this is for users that want to cancel the send? If you check your firmware, and we can see if it the latest. If it isnt, then Sony Ericsson will have hopefully fixed the bug in newer firmware versions (your phone can be updated easily!)
BTW
What network are you on?

R2A041 is my firmware.
Im pretty certain this phone has never been updated.
Im on O2.
I wouldnt like to update the firmware unless it will definitely fix it as i have heard in this forum that updated firmware doesn't allow to turn off the camera sound.
Maybe SE won't view it as a bug because you are only supposed to press send once logically.
Im more concerned that it only seems to happen on my phone.

So what button are you pressing for sending texts as you can use at least 2 different ones.
@daki_bmw
Didn't know about 'double click' #, doesn't work on mine

The top left button underneath "send".
But you have to press it twice really quick though for it to cancel which is what im used to doing when txting. It was never a problem on my old Nokia.
Its really annoying and the only thing spoiling this phone for me.
