> need help sending ringtone

hi guys,
I'm trying to share a monty python ringtone with a friend, when I attach the sound file and send I get the error message "failed to send MMS together with Not Enough Memory displayed"
I can't make head nor tail of it as I really don't have hardly anything on the phone memory and stick.
sorry to appear stupid, but I cannot fathom what i'm doing wrong,can anyone help?

Just spoken to SE who say that there is nothing wrong with the phone, but as the ringtone is a mp3 sound clip, the phone senses that there could be a possible copyright violation and doesn’t send it.
SE also advised that there is a way around this, but she is not allowed to tell me.
Has anyone else experienced this?
