Just some info around the GPRS signal plz?
Why is it on my p900 it always displays the the blue tringle above the signal bars.
I have just got my self a P910i and have put my sim card into this phone and the Blue triangle is only blue intermitantly, for the most its white why is this?
Why does the triangle not stay blue perminantly?

Plz advise me...

Thanks in advance

I'd rephrase that from 'connected' to 'attached'.
Connected is when the globe appears & data transfer occurs.
By attached I mean GPRS is available for use, i.e. u have GPRS signal. This is when the triangle is solid blue.
When it's not blue you are not getting GPRS signal/service

You can detached GPRS, with it attached it will constantly search for GPRS signals.(that's why you get blue triangle even when not on internet). When not attached, it will only find or get signal when prompted to. Will save you some battery power.
Goto control panel>connections>internet account>other tab> under preferred mode, select GSM only.

If you get a blue inverted right angle instead of the blue stepped 'triangle', it means that a GPRS signal is available and in range, but you can't use it. For example, if you take your regular sim out and put in the simcard of another operator, you'll probably find this basic blue line instead of the triangle. You would have to input the other operator's GPRS settings in order to get online.

As to why yours is intermittent - does it go from the triangle to the line, or just dissapear completely? It could be your signal is intermittent, and you keep going in and out of signal and/or GPRS range.
