Ok, a couple of questions for my girlfriends new s700i:
1)Can you make the clock appear when the phone is in standbye?
2)is it possible to link the s700i to the pc using the DSS-25? As my pc just shows it as not connected (With the s700i pc software) The DSS-25 is the one i got with my P900
3)Can you use the pc software to backup the phone like in the P900's?
4)can you update the f/w online?
5)Can you get the free o2 online thing for it? (If so, how do you get to the port settings? I've looked forever but can never find them [face_confused]
Any help will be appreciated, and thanks in advance

Also I found out an odd thing, my friend gave me a benchmarking program called Jbenchmark, i tested the S700i out with it and it said the display was only 65k colours and the screen was 240 x 278 or something like that, not 240 x 320? Anyone else seen this? Also, if anyone could answer the top questions before friday it will be a great help as my g/f needs to return the s700i to phones4u on saturday and i need to know if she can back her phone up so when she gets another one i can restore it

A2) I use my DSS20 (same as DSS25) with my S700i everyday and it works perfectly.
A3) You cant back up the phone as you would with the P900 but you can syncronise your contacts and dates with outlook. I just copy all the files from my S700i onto my PC to backup.
A4) You should be able to update the firmware online but
havent implemented it on their website yet.
A5) You can use the free O2 GPRS trick. You need to edit the proxy setting that is under Connectivity/ Internet Settings/ Internet profiles/ More/ Settings.
