I cant live with it like this - only had it for 3 months.
who do i go thru?
SE service centre or my service provider?
will i get a brand new one? anyone had this sorted yet?

It happens now and then on my K700 too.
If you want to get it serviced go to your SE service center, definitely not ur service provider.
Its probably dirt or something stuck inside.

There is another thread of this problem, called k7 joystick or sg like that, maybe u find there some answers. Ps: if it under warranty, se should solve it.
