how can i configure my phone to do that?
Mosts PDA dont work with Lotus, and i am considering P910, HP and O2

Welcome to Esato

I successfuly receive my emails with POP3 settings. This needs an email account that supports POP3.

The other option/setting when u set up an email account on the phone is IMAP but I have no experience of this

Dude, a wise choice, P910i is a god amongst us. Seriously, I am almost certain I saw Lotus Notes reading software on Disc 2 in my P910i box, if you visit the official SE site and view the phone, somewhere there you should be able to see what it is fully capable of, like I said I am almost 99% certain it will do what you want it to. As for email on the go, there are many options to consider, I myself have set up an O2 email account for use on my PC and P910i, you can have the settings sent directly to your phone from the SE website once you have set up an email account on the O2 website with your own Username & password etc. Sounds tricky but it isn't, check it out mate, and good luck, Rockabilly Rules OK !
