I'm not terribly sure any will be available to buy yet. If you have damaged your S700 screen and you have insurance you would obviously be best claiming on your insurance. If you don't have insurance and you've damaged your screen then you might be able to get it repaired at a service centre, but I would imagine that they would charge you, possibly quite a bit.
If you haven't damaged yours and simply want a screen then you might want to look online at some of the websites, which offer spare parts for mobile phones, although, as I said above, S700 screens might not be available yet.
