greetings everyone
i just update my Windows Xp to XP Service Pack 2
i installed P910i PC suite and everything was ok
i even have a bluetooth on pc and the usb with cradle for p910i
so it was working ok
but wheni restart pc
it says always problem with the m sync try re install and restart pc
i have reinstall the sync station reinstall usb drivers and pc suite
nothing work
still same problem
can u guys help

connected but still it says no phone is detected. USB says CONNECTED but jus keeps saying no phone detected... am i missing something.? plz help!

Have you activated and booked the COM-port? Look in Device manager which COM-port it is and then go to the Control Panel->Phone Monitor Options->COM-ports.

yea i did that aswell and it says COM 4 connected which is the USB. in the phone monitor it says COM 1 enable which is the cable. & COM 4 disable which is the USB and only USB shows connected... i'm confused

plz help!!

To solve problem 1 get rid of SP2! Atm it has software conflicts with many programs. To solve number 2 uninstall the drivers and delete any existence of it. Reinstall the software then restart your pc, whilst it is still booting plug in the syncstation into a USB port (before the computer has loaded) now try it. Always initial problems with these things. If those solutions don't work then get a hammer and you know the rest....

i have the exact problem after the pc was updated to XP SP2! i have tried to uninstall driver, install PC suite, reboot PC, nothing work!

beside uninstall SP2, are there any other ways i can do?

well the problem is SP2
everything was working ok
till i install it
but SP2 have good upgrades that i like

but i think i should wait for updates

I had similar problems. This is what I did

Control Panel -> Phone monitor options-> com ports---ebable all and don't reserve.

Next Control panel->Phone and Modem options ->Modems -> then one by one do the various SE options ->properties -> device usage - enable. Then click driver uninstall driver and then update drivers and let it roll!

I've probably missed something out but it's basically what happened. Good luck!

Sorry for bringing this thred back but i have the same problem i too have installed sp 2 and now my sync station wont even begin to try and connect, all that happens is that it charges could any 1 help me plz thank you

I have sp2 and everything works ok. try this,go to control panel/security center/firewall/ exeptions/ and check the boxes/dxp sync ml module and Mrouter runtime restart your pc and see if that will do.
