I have a t68i and purchased the data cable today (drs-11). What software should I use to transfer my photo's from phone to pc via this cable?

Using the 'mypictures' software from the ericsson website I can send pics to my phone but not retrieve from it? The option to 'receive picture from phone' is greyed out, any ideas?

Oh rite, so it's useless then. I'll have to get a refund tomorrow.

I don't see a "damn search button" anywhere?!

This is what you need to do:
First download the mobile phone manager software from Sonyericsson.com
Second download the program "Send File" from www.christiansson.com
I had some trouble making this program work under XP but it will work.
Once you have installed both programs go into your control panel. You will see an icon of a phone. This is the mobile phone manager. Open it and make sure that your computer is looking in the right port for your phone. When you are sure that the program is looking on the correct port close mobile phone manager and open send file.
You should see a mobile phone icon in your desktop tray. Wait a few minutes for the phone to be found. When the phone is found the icon will have a green check mark. You should be able to send any type of file to your phone from your computer now including themes and ringtones.
Cheers,
Guy

Thanks for your help, despisedangel. Though I'm gutted you cannot send from the phone via data cable.

@PaulJ, I can't understand why you cannot send a picture using the DRS-11 cable. I have just plugged that same cable into my machine on Serial 2 and installed the Ericsson software. I used the Phone Settings program to let it find the T68 and then I used the MyPicturesR2E.exe program which also came from Ericsson and it sends the pictures to the T68 no problem. In fact, cable is my preferred way as it is always reliable - unlike IR (in my case). I am using WinXP Pro though which might be a factor.

Sorry PaulJ, I just reread your post and realised that you are sending pics from the phone to the PC. Perhaps I should just keep my hands in my pocket until I wake up...
