Hi Guys,

Is it just my connection or is the K700i on-line update service gone off-line? If it has gone off-line and it's not my connection, I wonder if they have found a problem with it? In regards to my post "The SE K700i on-line update service killed my phone"

Cheers,

Not sure then, i've tried 2 computers now. I go from the start, to support, K700i, Update service. Then it comes up with

"Oh no! 404 - page not found"

@vee - thanks mate. When I use your link it works fine, it's just when I start from the start I get the page not found error.

I also have a problem. I just get "unknown error". I've read that Orange based phones can no longer use it. I'm sure it didn't get that far though....

Anyone had the same and fixed it???
