> p800 receiving double text messages

hi. dunno if anyone has this problem, but whenever someone sends a text message to my p800, my p800 always receives double of the same message. i really am puzzled as to why this is happening and have no clue as to how to fix this.
if anybody here knows anything, your help will be VERY much appreciated.

it could be because the person presses send twice so it sends double

i know the senders only send it once. i'm thinking it's a network problem but i didn't change network providers nor did i change my number. i just changed my phone.

i get no troubles with Smart and Sun, i get probs with doubled
sms with Globe only. i wonder why
