Does the standard charger CST-13 (input 100-240 VAC) work in North and South America?

I'm assuming youre from estonia

you might need a while new adaptor because of the current voltage differences and cycle differences.

most adapters are rated between 100-240v so they will work in Japan, Europe and the U.S. You do not need a voltage converter, however, you do need some sort of adapter to plug a European plug into a U.S. outlet.

If you are not worried about plugging in other items it may be worth it to buy a 3rd party charger at your destination. I found it was about the same price for a new charger as for an adapter to plug your old one in.

All along I REALLY thought that chargers can be USED in all PARTS of the globe . . . as they are 'autovolt' ones Why need for special adaptors here?
