I used to use dbpoweramp for converting music files to ogg (but its only a converter so you cant play the oggs on your pc) however recently i have been using
MediaMonkey which is freeware it converts and also allows you to play oggs on the pc and the tag editor is also superb considering its free
To play them on the PXXX i was using
OggPlay (make sure you install and run V1.0 before installing V1.1) but i have recently been using
UnrealPlayer and for me personally UnrealPlayer is better than OggPlay (although OggPlay is freeware)

well if you searched properly you would have found a thread answering this question because I myself contributed to the answer and gave links to where the oggplay software can be obtained from. I cant remember the thread but there's no need to write crap like that when you know you havent put in the proper effort to use the search.search is a search however many items come up.you said yourself you dint have the time to look through all of them so how is that proper use of the search.

Guys!? This kind of nonsense never leads to anything...
About the topic, UnrealPlayer definately gives a twist to the sound compared with OggPlay. It takes much more CPU processing too, that creates problems and crashes apps when listening to music and trying to open/use other applications.
Also, it misses the power button "come to front" that OggPlay has.
When UnrealPlayer goes to the background it's kinda difficult to get it back to the front!
Also! It takes a huge mount time to open a list of 30 or so Ogg files, which is anoying. I'm even afraid to add more files!!
Said that, I'm moving to UnrealPLayer just because of the sound quality and the possibility to create playlists.
