Sure it is and that is probably the reason that the R2A SW isn't released yet for old HW (has to be thoroghly tested with that H also).
Earlier posts in this forum also indicates that they have improved the rattling in the volume button and exchanged the amber LEDs behind the keypad to white LEDs instead.
There are probably other improvements also, but they should not affect the functionality of the phone...
