> Help! My k500 getting konked off!

Ppl, here is the situation. I am on wap, obviously here, when my phone starts acting up. after some time on wap, the phone restarts itself and then a white screen flashes. There is no start up animation when this occurs. This happened 2 times today. After 1st time, i checked the data timer, after the 2nd acting up, i checked it again. It has not been registered. The gap was about 30 minutes and must have wap'd for atleast 20 minutes. This has happened b4 but never twice on a single day.

Sounds similar to the problem i encountered with my k7,when i had the first firmware.try backing up your data,and performing a master reset..them take it from there mate.

I have tried master reseting the phone. It has the latest firmware on it. I am beginning to think a hardware fault.
