Hi all,
Firstly, thanks for the SIM card info yesterday.
Being a SEK700 newbie, I was wondering if someone could help me with copying ringtones from my old Nokia mob.
I tried sending them to my new K700 but the K700 saves the file in the other folder within file manager and I cant do anything with it.
How can i copy (and use) my previously recorded (and paid for) ringtones on my K700? BTW the ringtones off my old Nokia mob are not poly tones.
Lastly, is there any way I can use other tones for my message alert tones? or do I have to use the original tones provided?

I'm not all that sure you can send Nokia specific tones to your K700. The best thing I can suggest to you is to send the tone from your Nokia to your PC and then to your K700. I recently couldn't get some Java games to install in the Games folder, but I ebetually managed it by right clicking the files on my computer and selecting the 'Send to' option and using my Bluetooth connection to transfer the files.
As for user defined message tones, this isn't possible on the K700 and has been discussed at great length.

It depends on the audio format of your Nokia tones, best if you look the net for poly tones for your K7, maybe you can find your old nokia tones in an actualized poly version.
