Is there any way I can use the text of an incoming SMS to create a template on my T68i? I have an R380s Smartphone and that has a very nice copy/paste feature - but no templates of course. Can I do this with my T68i?

You can, but not through the phone. You would need to download and install the program Phone Settings from
