What is the best way 2 convert a wave and what is the best program?
4 example:
In Nero wave editor, when U convert a sample U have 2 pick somthing(sample rate:8000hz,11025hz... , bit depth:16bit, 8 bit , stereo recording yes/no , anti aliasing filters: fast/medium/accurate). And now I would like 2 know what is the best conbination that sounds the best on my P800 and takes not 2 much space.
