> S700 problem
Bookmark topic
I live in Canada Montreal, I have a S700i. Yesterday my S700 fell, and the internal Unlocking button the one on the side next to the infrared got broken.
The problem is not from my external part, it still swings but nothing happens, when i opened it i saw that the internal tiny part is broken.
Doesn anyone know where i can fix it in montreal?
And does anyone know where can i find a full or mid-housing for the S700 ? At least the fron part
Best Regards

www.sonyericsson.com should give you a list of authorised service centres in your area.

Great, i called them. They said "we don't have the s700 available in our north america market thus we can't fix because we don't have spare parts"

@hragsarkissian
How helpful of them! Did you ask about the possibility of having your S700 repaired overseas?

They said, even when we will have the parts we will not fix it for you because the phone is not from north america.
There is no point, the S700 will be probably available here in 2 years, they are happy with the new phone here the T637.
I hate SE customer service.
