> T630 Sync to Outlook - name order?

Used to use an R380, changed to a T630.
Used for business, so contacts sync very important to me.
Connection via IR works fine,XTND runs, copies and syncs reports no errors.
However, some of the contacts are last name first, some first name first (e.g. shows up in list as: Bert Smith, Billy Jones, Bloggs Fred, Brown Katy etc.). I need last name first.
I checked Outlook and it all seems OK, name displays OK, no correlation between name save order in Outlook and on the phone. Field copy setups is OK, (last name --> last name, first name --> first name).
I am willing to erase it all and try again. Can someone indicate where the settings are so I can make sure it works?
