If it sounds to good to be true then it invariably is!
Don't take the risk

If it's one of those 'pyramid' phone for £20 schemes l'd forget it, they're illegal & very risky.
l'd save up and buy it from a reputable source or a trusted ebay seller.

Seems decent enough - Orange branded handsets do seem to be cheaper than voda or O2. Orange will do it for £150 with discounts for being recommended and a handset trade in.
I had looked at that deal, but because of Orange network coverage and the bloody branded firmware I got a generic one on Voda for £280
Just remember that cheapest is not always best .....

It looks legitimate.
And although it sounds too good to be true I know of a company that offers similarly fantastic deals which are legitimate.
There are two things that concern me about the website. Firstly, they are operating out of a PO Box. Secondly, I am not sure that the payment method they use (WorldPay) has a system of seller/user verification like PayPal does. Although, I have used many merchant services where they payment system has been WorldPay and I have had not problems. It's just that there doesn't seem to be a way of verifying the identity of the seller.

I've seen this site before, I *don't think* it is a scam....and it seems genuine enough. the reason the phone appears to be £24.99 on a certain contract is because it's for 24months and not the standard 12. Dunno if it's legit, but don't see why it couldn't be

It is legitimate, I just recieved mine from them by Royal mail next day delivery today. Two of my friends have also bought from them. They are a company called Eurofone LTD based in Marylebone, London. Call the number on the site and speak to them! There was also a car charger in the parcel. It is for sure the best deal on the web!
I was also suspicious because they are seriously undercutting the market but was pleasantly proved wrong!

Who wants to be contracted to someone for 2 years!? Bet you have a nightmare upgrading after a year (if they allow it) and are the phones insured?

It's all relative, my upgrade cost me -£16 (yes that's MINUS £16) and I get a better contract with more inclusive minutes and also inclusive texts.
This is with Vodafone, you just have to ask them for a PAC code and they bend over backwards. They are SO desperate to keep churn down now they are launching 3G and spending £100m on advertising, they want to keep hold of you so they can offer you 3G later in the year.
