I used to finish my phone talks with closing the flip and start talking when flip opens. But on the p910 i have to press additionally the button on touchscreen first... I looked also in different properties but coudn't find the setting that can set up the end of the talk with flip closed. Does anybody know whether it is possible?

Thanks

You can just press OK to answer and end calls instead of opening the flip.

because it is the most easiest and comfortable way: when phone rings, you just open flip and start talking... now what I have to do always is pressing the button on touch screen, after i opened flip..

guys, is there is anyway to set it up?

There's not a way, unless I missed something.

leave the flip alone. press ok then speak.... how difficult is that? some people are far too anal about their phones.

yes, some people do... i find pressing small "ok" button very anal because if's pretty difficult to aim it when there is dark. Normal phones use the flip to start a talk, when there is a flip present.

the Ok button lights up.

I'm sure an App could include the function you want. there's a new flipclosed app mentioned on this page today. maybe email the supplier.

I quite like the flip setup as it is - where you answer a call with the flip closed by pressing the OK button, then open the flip and the phone automatically goes into speakerphone mode, cool!

Mind you at least an option to set it up to answer calls when you open the flip would be nice!

I agree the options should be there as it is with most other flipphones, but what I don't like is that your ear or cheek may accidentally touch the screen and hangup! (I had it a few times) ... something you won't have if you do NOT open the flip.

I guess this may be the reason why it's not available.

If it was available, it should keep the touchscreen locked when answering.
