Some people, huh? There was a guy at my work being pestered, a guy, about 18 or 19 yrears old, kept coming up and asking to be locked in the boot of his car. It was a little freaky, and when the guy asked to be tied up with electrical tape we phoned the police.
I suppose stomping on mobiles is fairly harmless.
