i have just brought a laptop and i want to use my p910i on it i downloaded the cd onto my computer and set it all up with the cable and with bluetooth,the little line on the bottom right hand corner say that its connected and so does clicking on properties,BUT when i try and put some software on to my phone it comes up no phone has been identified by sony ericsson phone connection monitor please connect and define your phone first and then please connect a phone,as anyone else had thing trouble if so how did you fix it,please help me thanks cmorebutt6969

uninstall and install it again while your phone is connected to your machine, turn off internet security also.
