hi,
i bought a new housing for my p800, after dismanteling my phone to change the casing, for some reason the phone was booting up and then after the booting it would restart.so i thought of formating the c drive after doing that the phone now switches on for 2 secs and then restarts and it just keeps doing that.pls help me as i have run out of ideas.

thanx in advance

Is there sufficient charge in the battery first of all?

last thing u could do is try it again and again and again.. 3 weeks ago I had nearly the same problem - but I havenīt done anything 'bad' to my phone before. I plugged it into the dongle, with or without power cable, switched it on and off and again.. Was nearly desperated but all of a sudden it reported any severe 'I donīt remember' error and started master resetting.. I know this is really not helpful but I havenīt no idea what to do else.

Nevertheless u could start with recharging your battery first. Could have been a short circuit or anything like this and if the battery is too low the phone has serious problems (thatīs the bull***t with phones not working without any battery..).
