...The motorola c350 is good for calling purposes . The polyphonic quality is great, but sadly the volume is too low . Battery lasts for 2 days if there isless than an hours wap usage.
As for service centres, there are 5 in Mumbai plus Navi Mumbai alone. They are great guys . My display started to fade, and I showed it to them . They replaced it with a new one and refused to charge me for it even though the warranty period was over

.Of course , the Motorola company would not have approved of free replacements if they found out :b.

@ Ricky , except for the ringtone volume and fading acreen (its STN , what else to expect?) , It works well for me. It is very customisable which is necessary for me in a phone. It fits in my jeans pockets:) and the main reason why I bought it was coz it was the best and cheapest colour screen phone when I bought it. However technology improvements and falling costs mean there are better economical phones out on the market now .It was bought in May 2003 ,and if Iam not mistaken , production has been discontinued.

@ Ayush , Regarding the price of e398 , it was 14,000 when I checked three weeks ago. If you want to buy it , contact esato member "sbjg" .He knows guys in Motorola and can get it at 40 % discount if he wants to .
I do not know him , but he had said this in another post....Tell me what happened if you think of contacting him
