Hi guys. Should I really buy it now? The price is around RM2350 right now. I'm not sure whether I should but the S700 or the K700, both looks so tempting.

@brasco - First of all glad to have you on-board Esato mate Second, that will just depend on what will you be needing that fone for - say, the features + price etc. They say that the SE K700i is JUST the miniature of the S700, ALMOST only differs in the cam's MP . . . If you have the budget and all, then my suggestion here is to GO for the S700 pal What are you WAITING for . . . ruuuuun to your nearest SE Business Center dude - prontoooooo !

K700 has all the same features except the MP Camera, MS Duo and the huge screen. However it is a LOT smaller and cheaper.
If u really want the cam (which IS outstanding) go for the S700 but for me it doesn't justify it's price tag! Especially seein as it's not even a smartphone!

I know, the price seems too much somehow. Is it really true that the pictures somehow jitters by the slight bit of movement?

@Brasco

If you try taking picture with any camera that you are moving around, the pictures will end up blurry to a certain degree. The camera is excellent, all the reviews of the S700 have commented on how good the camera quality is and from personal experience I can confirm this.

The K700 is also an excellent mobile and for not having a megapixel camera, it still produces very good pictures, especially in daylight. The size is its obvious benefit over the S700, not to mention the cheaper price tag, but then again it doesn't have expandable memoery. I have to say something on that last point, I still haven't filled the 41 MB that comes with the K700 and I don't think a lack of expandable meory is much of a problem for the K700.

The choice really comes down to whether you need a megapixel camera or not.

You really only need the expandable memory if u want to use it as a dedicated mp3 player but u can still get quite a few in the K700 (I put 16 songs @ about 31MB) & used the rest (10MB) for mp3 ringtones, pics, themes & a few games.
Also the Radio a nice feature when u are fed up of the mp3s

Neither of these phones can replace my P905 though

@tabasco - The P910/i is much/more expensive here in my turf - Manila, about US$ 750.00 more than that of the S700 one It will ALL depend if you are into PDAs mate. But for me, I would still GO for the S700 - by all means . . .

if money is irrelevant..get the s700.the k7 is ok,but it's creaky,the sticker/s will depart,and the joystick will start to become lazy no doubt.however,the choice is yours mate. This message was posted from a P900
