> Does your S700 crash when receiving a call
Bookmark topic
I've had my S700 for just over a month now. No problems with the phone and extremly happy with it. However sometimes when I receive an incoming call it just reboots itself. When they try to ring again it does exactly the same until I switch the phone off and on again. I wonder if anyone has had this happen to theirs?
My software is R3C002(yes it's a vodafone branded 1)
I have a 128mb memory stick fitted also.
Many thanks,
HB

yip, i had this problem, about two or three times.
But then it seemed ok. Is yours vodkafone branded? Mine was and touch wood, it hasn’t crashed since I debranded it. And it seems faster through menus and stuff.

Yes it is vodafone. Maybe I should look into debranding it. Is it quite easy to perform? I have seen a website offering the service.

Mines started doing this today. I have an unbranded S700 with an O2 sim card in. The phone has rebooted itself about 7 times today either during a call or even when its in standby. The GPRS has stopped as well (no signal is shown) today.
