Anybody can tell me how is the swivel way of this SE S700...
180 degrees or 360 degrees?
If it is 180 degrees, is it clockwise swivel or anti-clockwise swivel or both will do?

I don't find it a problem at all. Once you have used the S700 for a few days you become very used to it.

You are quite correct in saying that the swivel isn't quite 180 degrees, this is because the swivel part stops just short of 180 degrees. I believe this to be a design feature to indicate to the user, which direction to swivel the handset back in so as to avoid causing damage.
