I cant take a screen shot cos the phone wont enter clock mode while in the cradle. Anyway, I found a website that said about changing the clock styles/fonts etc... so I dragged the given .mbm files over to the folder it said and now i get a clock with 2 different fonts going on, one with a white background so it just looks really annoying! I cant seem to find any repair or replacment files, does anyone have a suggestion?

Nah... only keep one back up and that was done recently with the clock like that. Plus it would be annoying to restore the rest of the phone just for the clock! But good suggestion.!

just as a side note, I wrote a little tutorial last week in a thread about extracting individual files from the backup, not tat it does you any good for this problem.

its definitly worth keeping a clean backup if the phone when its new or after a master reset for just these sort of situations
