i'm downloading files from suprnova.org, but how do i make them full size files do i need to install some software to make it run?

You need a bittorrent client.

Check here for tutorials and to get to know how it works: http://www.bittorrent.com/

*.torrent files are only link files, so the client knows what/where to get the real files...
