Howdy lads......
I am in Kuala Lumpur and have a gorgeous wonderful lovely P800 with only one lil fly in the ointment- my phone is Chinese.
Thanks to advice from the people here this has ceased to be the annoyance it once was but being a greedy sort of fellow I was wondering if it was possible to either delete Chinese completely or install UK English onto the phone and set that as default.
The conventional wisdom holds that this is impossible and I'm sure they're not wrong. However for those of us living in Bolehland I was wondering if anybody has found a true Bolehland solution to this problem. I think most if not all P800s on the Malaysian market are Chinese so if anyone has come up with a counter then I guess we'd be the ones to have done so.
Thoughts and experiences anybody?

I would have wanted a P802 but instead mine's a full English set. Anyway you can try EricServe at Amcrop Mall PJ. Not sure whether they can flash a UK firmware for you or not.

Too bad I sold off mine some months back and I'm now using the P910i. If not I would have gladly swapped with you.
