Anyone noticed that the HBH-20 behaves differently with the T68i firmware (upgraded regular T68). In the old firmware if you had an HBH-20 paired with your phone and you had Bluetooth switched on then the phone would ask you if you wanted to "Retrieve call in handset" if you did not press any key it would then push the call to the HBH-20. If this was not switched on then it would default back to handset after a few seconds. Now you do not get this option. If it finds the HBH it goes to it without asking the question. Generally this is great, but I am trying to use a product called Running Voice Version 2.0 which allows dialling of numbers from a PDA via Bluetooth, and then connecting the call to a bluetooth headset. Those of you who are into BT will know that this is technically impossible because good old Bluetooth can only talk to one device at a time. What Running Voice does is use a passive connection from PDA to phone, so in theory it only initialises to the phone when you dial the call. The phone should then be able to set up a separate link via bt to the headset because it is no longer bonded. Does it work? Does it F**k. This is Bluetooth we are talking about here, of course it dont work. Oh well at least it is fun playing around with this stuff. Incredible though isnt it that people have been working on this (BT) since 1994, thats eight f*****g years and it is still absolute tosh. I love it and will continue to experiment with it but I really would hate to have to do any kind of commercial implementation or project based around it.

Hi,

Try the setting connect>bluetooth>options>headset sound>always ask

It seems that would do what you explained before.
