> CPW cannot un-brand P910
Bookmark topic
After reading all the posts regards to un-branding. I took my phone to CPW to get it un-branded. Told them i cant change the WAP settings. They had my phone for two weeks. When i got it back, i still could not change the WAP settings. CPW advised they could not do anything more, as they had flashed the phone already!
Took my phone to another CPW in Nottingham. They said they would not be able to do it as they did not know how to do it.
So now i am stuck, anyone know where i can get my phone un-branded?

ooh above connection is not far away from me! i always go bayswater UGC and pub, might take my Orange p910i to get it unbranded!
just spoke on the phone to aboveconnection and they charge 25 pound to de-brand and unlock P910i.
if they not busy it will take them about 20-25 minute.
the shop is just next door to TGI Friday.
couple of Q i have. If i de-brand my Orange P910i, which i got on contract about 1 month ago. Is it against the contract rules? will i be able to get it de-branded by Orange? long as I'm paying them contract fee. if not, do I have to wait 12 months before I can get it unlocked by Orange?
thanks in advance

Orange will never unbrand it *period* and when they unlock it you may find that the WAP settings will not let you change them, unbranding is the only real answer.
