I have the same problem, I want a program like the nokia phone editor where all the contacts are displayed on the computer and you can edit them then resend them back to the phone in good shape, not using the outlook and the sync operation which seems to make things even worse.

The outlook then sync has messed up my contacts and now have duplicate entries which is very difficult to rearrange specialy if u have more than 500 contacts...

So no answer to this one ??
I guess from the no reply that means there is no such application.
So what do u do when u have a lot of contacts and you want to edit them and copy them to the mobile ????

SmartvCard can import contacts from vCard or CSV files... I use it to backup my contacts, but I haven't used it to restore them yet so I don't know how well it works.

You could edit your contacts in Excel (or comparable) and email the CSV file to your phone...

Thanks richy240, I will try that. But there must be a better solution. I think that the contacts is one of the most important functions int the phone.
