Just found some info that says:

"This is typical of an outdated BIOS, failing memory stick or an overtaxed power supply. It's not unusual to find the owner reinstall the OS many times and search endlessly for a fix. But you could get lucky."

ANy ideas?

There it's a conflict between hardware devices or a defection. Try to reset to default the bios. If still dont work, the procesor or ram may be defective This message was posted from a Nokia 7650

have you touched any of the components without touching some GND point? if not, you could have damaged RAM or CPU with anti static electricity
