> How to use my pc broadband on my P900

Hi there this has probably keep discussed many a time, but i have serached through the forums and i cant find it. Ok i spent all day tring to configure this and it didnt work! I got windows xp sp2 and a bluetooth dongle.
I have manged to pair the 2 bt items together and i tried to use opera to get online, but it always ask for a gprs connection even though i want to use my bt one. I tried to do the dummy one and it says activation rejected for that, but with my normaly orange gprs it works ( but has high prices).
I tried to set up a serial conection via my pc but all it says, connecting then goes to "The Bluetooth serial port connection failed: The remote device closed the connection" Im sorry but im new to all this and i tried all day and npothing, any help is well appricated.
It also says sometimes Error creating 'Bluetooth Serial Port@ connection with device 'Khalid's P900'

I have to agree it is not as simple as people try to make out.Been trying with Linux bluetooth and my P910i with no success.

you have to make sure the two devices (in this case your pc and the pxxx) are connected to each other. Use mrouter on your pc to connect your phone with the pc via bluetooth. Once the connection is established then make sure your pc is connected to the internet. Then its simply a case of opening opera and browsing (make sure you dont have any GPRS or dialup connections active). nothing else is required. no dummy account or anything like that. It worked the first time I tried it and has done so for many other users on this forum. Try this and see if it works.

its the software that enables you to connect your pc to other bluetooth devices. It should appear somewhere in your system tray (the icons near the clock on the bottom right of the screen). The icon should be a two way arrow with two lines in the middle

ok thats all workinf now, can i ask is there anyway to use msn messenger or check email via this? sorry i tired tipicME ans this asks for gprs. also can i watch streams or listen to streams radio?

connect up through bluetooth and when you start up agile messenger you select PASSTHRU...this will then connect via bluetooth

it says it cannconencting to msn, then after a while it says " Unable to conect to server. IF the problem persists please consult
www.agilemobile.com/help I went on the website and it doesn't help me at all. I then checked back to my opera and that still works. so i dont no what to do now!
