Soz to be a bit of a bore but I've been looking on many different forums and not got a definative reply. - although the subject has been talked around about a fair bit. Is there any possibility of me syncing my p910i to my mac laptop via the supplied stand and USB cable. The Mac is running OS 10.3.6 with isync (or rather idon'tsync) 1.5. Need to know before I invest anymore time on the bugger. Many thanks.

Sorry, but the short answer is you need BT for iSync and SE phones.

Do you not have BT on your 'Book?

After considerable confusion on your question I am assuming that by BT you mean Bluetooth. Not sure if your from the UK but BT is a very common abreviation of British Telecom - a key supplier of dial up connection. So - cable is a no go, thanks for clearing that one up considerable time spent there already. Any recomendations on the BT device I should look for ie cheap and reliable. Started looking on ebay.

Just got the bluetooth adaptor and all works well. For generations that follow note:Mac OS 10.3.6, isync 1.5 and p910i ? Try not the cable system for tis crap and works not. Use Bluetooth.

PS. If Sony Ericsson or Orange mobile had told me this on their help lines - and lets face it they must have known - they would have saved me hours of research and trial. Big thanks to them...not
