Hey,
i need some help really bad! after entering my pin code successfully, i am greeted with a prompt of Phone Locked and asking me to enter the Phone Lock Code. please help me!!!!p.s i still have access to the service menu

the phone lock code is the one it asks for if you try to swap sim cards, ie.if ur phone gets nicked then without this code the phone wont tale any other sim card, and is in theory useless to anyone but the person who set the code in the first place

Pop down to a Service Point and ask them to hava a look at it.
As long as you've get the reciet with you they'll sort it out for you.
