> Problem with T630 joystick
Bookmark topic
Hi everybody
I have problems with the joystick of my SE T630. Often, it doesn't respond if I press it. I always have to press several times and quite strong to make it work.
Has anyone made the same experience? Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thank you!

Hi I have a solution.
I had a problem with my t630 joystick to. It did not respond at all loads of times.
Well I ran to the store bought WD40 (loads of other stuff you can use that to like crackling volume controls.).
You open your phone:
this is dutch put it contains excelent pistures

the top is the hardest to open.
With a screw driver you just lift it up a bit. Now SLIDE the top of.
once you know it is easy.
For the rest remove the keyboard and the joystick button. Now drop a couple of drops onto your joystick and press and play with it for a bit so the WD40 can sink in. Clean up all the mess on the side so that it is good and dry.
After 20 minutes put back together your phone again and for me it worked like a charm again. Like it was new.
PLease note that I am not responsible for any broken phones trying this out. I think it is safe and for me it worked perfectly. But be carefull with spilling wd40 as it is conductive. Also do not USE the CAN spray. Spray a bit on a stick so you can make small drops and put that on the joystick....
Good luck....
