Many of my contacts are registered with "+" and their country code in front of their numbers,.. ex.: +44 201 11 22 333
When syncing to Outlook 2003, the "+" disappears ...
and when synced back to the phone - the "+" is missing...
Using the latest sync software from SE ...
What am I missing here?

it is importent that you use outlooks "way" of entering the numbers....you have four filelds for entering the numbers
(this is in swedish, but you get the idea....)
