carrier - T-mobile, San Francisco

Mac - G4, OS 10.3.6
i am able to connect to internet via BT, check yahoo mail and surf for the most part. however, when itry to connect to iChat/AIM/YM, they also fail.
i got the following error with iChat "host refused connection.."

and its because t-mobile blocked ports...
you can access email with port 110 and AIM with port 25
thats about it

i swear i was able to connect to AIM & YM once before. unless stupid t-mobile changed something recently.
