> quicksheet problem

i've just got a new p910 and am really annoyed at the quicksheet.
i'm trying to format a worksheet by widening and narrowing columns but everytime i'm done and open up the file, the columns i did are not the way they should be. that is, the widened column is narrow, and the narroewd column is wide.
does anyone have this problem?
solutions anyone?
