I have a strange problem where my synchronisation doesn't move all my contacts from Outlook to my phone. It moves a fair number but seems to randomly exclude a number of contacts and even after multiple full synchronisations they do not sychronise. Have downloaded and installed the latest PC Suite software.
Anyone have any ideas?

Just in case anyone else ever strikes this problem here is what I found.
First my config was Windows XP, running Outlook 2003 using Offline folder mode from Exchange 5.5.
1. I had merged contacts from a few different locations including:
a) Those already in my Outlooks Contacts folder
b) Some I imported from my Nokia 6100
c) Some I had manuall entered
2. This resulted in some contacts being logged in Outlook as being from Outlook Version 10 (open the contact, go to All Fields and select All Note Fields to see this information), Outlook Version 11.0 and Outlook Version 0.
3. Only the contacts that had Outlook Version 10.0 where synchronising.
To fix this I exported all my contacts to a text file (text file is important as it drops the Outlook vesion information) and then reimported into a new personal folder in Outlook ensuring do a full synchronisation was selected. A small side effect was some names had the first name doubled e.g. John John Smith (I won't mention the bit about mainly only duplicating people called Peter or Mark....), but I assume this may have been an issue with importing the text file back into Outlook.
Basically I think this is another example of what seems to be the common thread that the synch software could do with a serious makeover.
